About The Position

Tommy’s is looking for a Commercial Office Cleaner with a keen eye for providing a clean, inviting environment in a busy, professional office. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, a daily schedule including office opening and closing tasks, attending cafeteria areas following meal periods, regular monitoring and cleaning of floor, counters, windows, trash, and other weekly, monthly and seasonal checklists as assigned. This includes sanitizing tables, chairs and counters, tidying up kitchen supplies and sweeping/mopping floors. Daily tasks include keeping front entrance area clean and inviting to guests, routine bathroom checks for cleanliness/restocking needs, ensuring all glass areas are streak and smudge free, cleaning and resetting conference rooms in between meetings, cleaning common area furniture and collaboration spaces, and emptying trash receptacles as needed. Office closing procedures include cleaning of all bathrooms and cafeterias, sweeping/mopping all common area floors, and emptying all trash receptacles. Additional weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning checklists as needed. Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes: High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail, time-management skills and drive to provide high-quality cleaning services Comfortable interacting with other staff and guests Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently without requiring direct supervision Flexibility to attend to urgent needs outside of standard schedule/procedures Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies including familiarity with Safety Data Sheets Work Environment and Physical Demands This job operates in a professional environment. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from either 6:00am – 3:00pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm. This role operates primarily indoors with outdoor responsibilities as determined by tasks assigned. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills and drive to provide high-quality cleaning services
