About The Position

The Commercial Projects Manager performs a wide range of administrative duties to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments. This position requires a high level of detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Project management experience a plus!

Requirements

• Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Be adaptable, flexible and versatile
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Project management experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery and distribution of products and/or household goods.
• Perform onsite project management, coordinating between customer, facility and crews
• Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate delivery periods
• Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems
• Determine charges for services requested and/or arrange for billing
• Respond to customers’ or shippers’ questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services
• Communicate effectively and professionally
