About The Position

Superior Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is expanding into Arizona and is seeking a Commercial Service Plumber to support our growing operations. We provide high-quality commercial plumbing services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 emergency support for a variety of commercial and retail clients. We are looking for a skilled plumber who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service without the pressure of sales quotas or upselling. In this role, you will perform service and repair work for commercial facilities while representing the company with professionalism and reliability. This is a first-shift position with schedule options of Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. Technicians have the convenience of starting their day from home and traveling directly to job sites.

Requirements

Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication

Responsibilities

Provide professional, customer-focused service
Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including grease traps/interceptors, pumps, fixtures, and valves
Service, repair or replace sump pumps and lift stations
Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
