Our work helps prevent unnecessary arrests, court cases, and hospitalizations—empowering both professionals and the people they serve. What You’ll Do Serve as ReDiscover’s main contact with law enforcement, courts, and jails, supporting individuals with behavioral health needs. Follow up on referrals with assertive community outreach and link individuals to services and resources. Provide consultation, outreach, or co-deployment with law enforcement as needed. Deliver CIT, POST-approved, or Roll Call trainings for law enforcement and first responders. Participate in CIT Council trainings, meetings, and community events. Train and facilitate Civil Involuntary Detention/96-hour holds for the agency and community. Build strong relationships with courts, offering consultation, assessment, or staffing support. Collaborate with CCBHCs, hospitals, law enforcement, courts, jails, and other systems to break down silos and improve access to behavioral health services.
