The Community School Coordinator is a relationship-centered role that supports the connection between middle school and high school youth through mentorship, programming, and intentional community-building. This role helps create a space where young people feel supported, challenged, and inspired, where mentors grow into leaders and mentees build confidence, voice, and a sense of belonging. Working closely with the Community School Director and school partners, the Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening a mentorship pathway that connects youth across grade levels and supports their academic, social, and personal development. This is a role for someone who believes in the power of youth leadership, values collaboration, and is excited to help build a program that feels organized, engaging, and rooted in care.
