About The Position

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards programs, including compensation strategy, employee benefits, and leave administration. This role ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while supporting the attraction, retention, and engagement of employees across all locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and FLSA regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs that ensure market competitiveness.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Support merit increases, promotion adjustments, and compensation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations including FLSA.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA reporting, benefit plan testing, Form 5500 filing, EEO-1 reporting
  • Direct employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
  • Manage broker/vendor relationships and evaluate plan effectiveness.
  • Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
  • Oversee leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and related programs.
  • Ensure COBRA and benefits compliance requirements are met.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for employees and managers regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze HR data and benefits costs to support leadership decision making.
  • Maintain accurate and secure benefits and compensation records.
