We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to deliver a positive employee and advisor experience for our new hires. The Complex Onboarding Manager will support the employee and advisor experience by leading efforts to streamline the onboarding experience. This Manager role will also build processes that support the newly implemented accelerated growth model. The Onboarding Manager will manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, seeking to continuously improve the candidate/employee experience. This role will partner regularly with District Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, AHCA, and other branch leadership. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
