The Compliance & Risk Consultant's core function is to support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools that enable the organization to conduct business in compliance with applicable standards, laws & regulations, and/or to identify, manage, and mitigate operational and compliance risk. With a focus on NERC Compliance, the Compliance & Risk Consultant, Expert will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the framework for the Enterprise NERC Compliance program, as well as function as the primary support lead for NERC related audits (typically led by the WECC). Serving as the audit lead for NERC audits, this roll will be responsible for providing actionable business intelligence to drive accountability in areas with functional compliance responsibilities and deliverables to WECC. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint of the range. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
