A role in Enterprise Compliance Governance means creating effective and scalable governance processes, monitoring frameworks, and assurance routines that enable business and compliance program owners to identify, monitor, test, and mitigate compliance risks. The team drives enterprise visibility, strengthens control effectiveness, and supports executive and Board-level oversight through structured governance and data-driven reporting. You will build valuable relationships and make a meaningful impact as you coordinate critical resources across teams in a complex and fast-paced retail environment.
