Requirements

High School Diploma AND 3+ years of any work experience
Technician experience
Mechanical Aptitude
Stand/sit for extended periods; perform repetitive operations.
Lift up to 35 lbs.
Close visual acuity for small parts/defects.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or additive experience (professional or maker/hobbyist).
Finishing/body work.
Post‑processing/assembly
Familiar with Microsoft office suite
Any experience with assembly or finishing
Detail Oriented
Time Management

Responsibilities

Prepare, start, and monitor additive manufacturing builds across multiple technologies. (e.g., SLS, LPBF, FDM, SLA, and DLS)
Post process/finish parts and perform visual inspections against drawings/routers; identify common defects and document findings
Package parts per site standards; protect, label, and hand off to shipping.
Perform basic maintenance on equipment and escalate as needed.
Maintain 5S; manage materials with correct labeling and storage.
Communicate status/risks early; collaborate with engineers on root cause & prevention.
