About The Position

The Computer Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical analysis, administration, and support of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure components. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in evaluating business requirements, determining appropriate technical solutions, and leading complex system initiatives that impact organizational operations. This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an enterprise systems or network environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise systems, networks, applications, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, administer, and support enterprise systems and infrastructure in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system, network, and application issues.
  • Evaluate system performance, capacity, and reliability; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management activities, including risk assessment.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to improve system availability and performance.
  • Configure and maintain systems, including user access and security controls.
  • Test and validate system changes; document outcomes and risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Serve as liaison between users, IT teams, management, and vendors.
  • Provide user guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
