About The Position

Join the Facilities team at one of the largest, most beautiful, and top private country clubs in North America, Desert Mountain Club, as a Computerized Maintenance Management System Analyst (C.M.M.S.) Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and supporting the Computerized Maintenance Management System (C.M.M.S), maintaining accurate equipment, work order, and inventory data, and overseeing maintenance parts and storeroom operations. This role manages system configuration, user access, reporting, and training, while working closely with maintenance, procurement, and IT teams to improve inventory control and maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have a a minimum of 3 years of experience administering or supporting a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Experience managing maintenance parts inventory and storeroom operations, including par/min-max levels, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Proven experience maintaining CMMS master data, including assets, equipment records, BOMs, spare parts, inventory locations, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • Experience managing maintenance parts inventory and storeroom operations, including par/min-max levels, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Proven experience maintaining CMMS master data, including assets, equipment records, BOMs, spare parts, inventory locations, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support the CMMS, including user roles, permissions, system settings, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain CMMS master data integrity for assets, BOMs, spare parts, inventory locations, and PM programs.
  • Develop and enforce CMMS and inventory SOPs aligned with maintenance best practices.
  • Create and manage maintenance job plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders.
  • Perform CMMS data analysis, including trend analysis and failure/Pareto analysis, to support reliability improvements.
  • Own parts and materials data; manage documentation uploads (O&M manuals, drawings, warranties, vendor data).
  • Manage maintenance inventory control, including par/min-max levels, usage analysis, obsolescence tracking, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure accurate parts transactions and inventory reconciliation within the CMMS.
  • Collaborate with procurement on parts sourcing, vendor performance, and lead-time optimization.
  • Generate technical reports and dashboards covering work orders, labor, materials, inventory accuracy, and maintenance costs.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs such as PM compliance, inventory accuracy, stockouts, and carrying costs.
  • Train and support CMMS users; monitor system adoption, including mobile usage.
  • Support CMMS integration with related systems (BAS, accounting, project management).
  • Validate field execution through site walkthroughs to ensure alignment with CMMS processes.
  • Support asset data capture for capital and construction projects.
