Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and serving hot and/or cold food items, in accordance with Company Standards and applicable Operational Standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists in maintaining, organizing and cleaning all equipment Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service Properly prepare, measure, and portion all food items in a timely manner Complies with all quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures Utilizes and sets up kitchen equipment to prepare food items Packages all products to proper specifications Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked Uses waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet Understand and maintain proper sanitation and food safety Abides by all Company policies in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures, the Business Code of Conduct Other duties as assigned
