About The Position

Prepares and sells concessions to patrons in a polite and efficient manner (serve alcohol).

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a High School diploma.
• Able to work with a wide variety of people through varying circumstances.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Able to concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Communicates clearly verbally.
• Remains calm in difficult situations.
• Can effectively organize and prioritize work.
• Must be able to stand for extensive periods of time.
• Ability to lift boxes of food supplies up to 20 pounds and manual dexterity to operate basic concessions equipment.
• Works in cooled/heated building with other staff members.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer some experience with a cash register or handling money.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items so that sufficient quantities are available for patrons and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Cleans concession facility including food preparation area, eating areas, appliances, counters and floors to ensure strict cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist patrons in a professional and polite manner during any situation.
• Using an automated cash register, correctly total food order, receives patron cash and accurately provide change so that the cash register accurately reflects the day's business.
• Ensures that the concession area is properly stocked with supplies and obtains sufficient supplies to meet the needs of the work shift.
• Complete product inventory, bi-weekly.
• Serve alcoholic beverages to patrons that are at least 21 years of age, and not visibly intoxicated.
