Conference Coordinators plan and manage multiple academic and professional conferences throughout the year, both on and off campus. They collaborate with campus departments and organizers to oversee all aspects of event planning—including registration and website creation, logistics coordination, room diagrams, food and beverage planning, and audiovisual needs—while successfully managing multiple fast-paced events simultaneously. 40 hours a week. 5 days a week, schedule will vary depending on the conference schedule. The primary hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 - 4:00, with an occasional night and or weekend depending on conference/program schedule. Position is scheduled to last 6 months with possibility of extension based on employer needs.
