About The Position

The Configuration intern will assist with analyzing incoming requests to identify and implement all system configurations required to facilitate successful transaction processing for any business request. The position requires problem solving skills, and the ability to recognize issues within InComm platforms and engage System Analysts for resolution. Requirements

Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or a related field. We’re looking for driven individuals ready to tackle real-world challenges;
College students expected to graduate in 2027;
3.0 GPA and above;
The ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work, and personal
Students with an interest in application development, testing or support role
Knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server and general SQL to query
Knowledge on JAVA
Microsoft Office Tools experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive attitude with a passion for deal-making
Can-do attitude; energetic, passionate and driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

For any type of business challenge, identify all systems that need to be configured, do the necessary updates and test the changes required prior to release into production.
Implement efficient ways and tools to execute configurations and test them with improved quality.
You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert to business analysis and guide development teams on how to design and implement new solutions that can be easily configured.
