At SONIFI Health, we are seeking a Brand Experience Lead to guide healthcare organizations through brand, content, and user experience decisions for our interactive patient engagement software solutions. This role acts as a key client facing partner, working closely with hospital marketing, patient experience, and clinical teams to translate their goals into intuitive, consistent, and high quality digital experiences. The Brand Experience Lead plays a critical role throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization. This individual balances creativity with structure, provides clear guidance rooted in best practices, and ensures each customer’s branded experience aligns with SONIFI standards while supporting adoption and long term success.
