With a strong reputation for quality and service, the company delivers complex projects while maintaining a team-focused culture built on integrity and collaboration. What You'll Do as an Estimator: Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for structural precast concrete projects. Prepare material takeoffs and detailed cost estimates. Send RFQs, submit RFIs, and coordinate scope discussions with vendors and bidders. Organize bid files and track current documents and pricing. Draft & submit proposals with required schedules and support documents. Communicate with customers throughout the bid process to support project closeout. Ensure all documentation is provided for the preconstruction meeting and project handoff Attend pre-bid meetings and industry events as needed.
