Requirements

  • Highschool or Equivalent
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
  • For leadership roles: prior construction supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience in demolition, concrete cutting, coring, or specialty construction
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills (for Foreman/Superintendent roles)

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor duties including insulation installation, heat trace installation, firestopping, scaffolding, abatement, demolition, concrete cutting, coring, Division 10 specialties installation, and healthcare wall barrier installation
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with job site setup, material handling, and site cleanup
  • Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and project managers
  • Supervise and coordinate crews (Foreman/Superintendent level)
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, productivity, and quality control (Leadership roles)
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards
