About The Position
Are you a skilled and motivated laborer looking for work? We are seeking dedicated laborers to join our growing team for a variety of ongoing commercial and residential projects, many of which are shorter-term assignments. If you take pride in your work, adhere to safety standards, and thrive in a dynamic construction environment, we want to hear from you. As a skilled laborer you will be responsible anything from site clean up and preparation to light carpentry work. Must have a construction background and a willingness to show up on time in proper PPE and be ready to work. This is a good opportunity for someone who is willing to take on last minute assignments and is ready to grow their skillset.
Requirements
- Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Site clean up and preparation
- Light carpentry work
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
- Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met.
