The Terminal 5 Construction Manager ( T5 Construction Manager ) shall report to the Terminal 5 Sr. Construction Manager and is responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities of the Design/Builder. The T5 Building Construction Manager acts as the liaison for pre-construction and construction activities, including leading the safety, security and quality for the Program. The Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project covers the full demolition and rebuild of the Terminal 5 headhouse and concourse, as well as various enabling scopes to vacate the existing building Position Description Summary The T5 Construction Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the program. The T5 Construction Manager will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery and making sure that construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project. The T5 Construction Manager will support the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, ensuring that risk mitigation for construction activities are optimized, working and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring LAWA standards are adhered to.
