Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for professional construction roles Source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and job boards Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise, project experience, and leadership ability Assess qualifications such as degrees, certifications, and project portfolios Coordinate and manage the full interview process with executives and project leaders Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates Support hiring for specialized or hard-to-fill roles Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to evaluate construction project experience and technical knowledge Understanding of construction roles (project management, estimating, engineering, field leadership) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred) Experience recruiting for professional or technical roles required Construction industry experience strongly preferred Work Environment: Office work with occasional visits to job sites or offices Regular collaboration with executives, project managers, and field leadership Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment aligned with project timelines
