This Consultant, Learning & Performance role will support our Agribusiness Risk Management Services team. Preferred candidates will be based in Des Moines and work in a hybrid schedule from the Des Moines office; however, qualified remote candidates will also be considered. Additional Responsibilities Include: Leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Services Installation Program Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and close skill or performance gaps related to risk management Creating, updating, and maintaining internal learning resources, including job aids, SOPs, guides, bulletins, and checklists Experience or knowledge in risk management, agribusiness, insurance, or safety is preferred but not required. This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization.
