About The Position

Pyrovio is seeking a Consultant to support portfolio planning and process enhancement efforts across a large, multi-team, client-facing engagement in the utility and energy sector. This role supports planning, coordination, and process maturity advancement, and operates with early leadership responsibility. The Consultant will act as a connective anchor across teams, helping translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, reporting frameworks, and improved operating models.

Requirements

• Experience with portfolio planning, program support, or process improvement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority

Nice To Haves

• Utility, energy, or infrastructure sector experience
• Familiarity with enterprise project management, financial, or capital planning platforms
• Capital project or construction delivery lifecycle knowledge
• Prior consulting firm experience

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning, gap analysis, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives
• Assist with process design, operating model development, and governance improvements
• Align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams
• Develop and refine planning artifacts, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and data models for leadership visibility
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, status updates, and summary materials
• Coordinate across client and consulting teams to track deliverables and reporting cadences
• Support leadership with analysis, insights, and recommendations
