Content Analytics Manager, Marketing Operations & Platforms, U.S. This role is critical to driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within GSK. The position will focus on discovering and evaluating new AI tools to improve content review, managing AI metrics and reporting dashboards, and leading direct reports to evaluate and deliver best-in-class reporting frameworks. By leading and working collaboratively across teams and leveraging technologies, this role is empowered within the organization to identify innovative actionable insights while also supporting the opportunity to influence data-driven strategies and optimize operational processes. The role will work across the Enterprise Promotional Review Community and with outside agencies and vendors. The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership skills with technical expertise, analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to drive measurable impact across the organization.
