The Principal Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the Senior Program Manager and is responsible for leading advanced problem-solving activities. This role will engage associates at all levels of the organization to help the organization improve quality levels, reduce waste, improve and simplify processes, reduce costs, and improve the overall effectiveness of business processes and operations. The key objective is to support the CI program to drive change that will positively affect the bottom line of the business while delivering optimum performance.
