This position oversees the Contract Administration department in the successful administration, billing, collections and subcontractor payables related to heavy highway civil construction projects. Working in conjunction with the Company’s Estimating, Accounting, and Project teams to ensure contract compliance, the Contract Administration Manager is responsible for and involved in every aspect of managing contracts, from pay applications with owners to the execution of supplier and subcontractor agreements. Other responsibilities of the Contract Administration Manager include managing potential disputes or challenges with owners and subcontractors to minimize legal and financial exposure and supporting and mentoring the contract administration team members.
