ANSER is seeking a Contract Program Manager to provide direct support for an Intelligence Community customer. This role will lead and oversee execution of a complex contract providing advice, assistance, and technical expertise. You will provide senior-level program leadership, contract oversight, financial management, and coordination across an integrated interdisciplinary team ensure mission success and contract performance excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of federal contracting Program Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs with integrated interdisciplinary teams of similar size and scope (approximately 40 personnel).
  • Demonstrated success transitioning-in contracts of approximately 40 personnel.
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 15 years of Program Management experience supporting integrated interdisciplinary teams of similar size and scope within the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing research and development programs.
  • Minimum 1 year of Program Management experience supporting an Advanced Research Projects Agency–type organization.
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting a demanding customer environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting senior-level engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of all contract requirements in support of research and development initiatives.
  • Oversee performance of an integrated interdisciplinary team of approximately 40 personnel.
  • Serve as primary interface with Government leadership on programmatic, technical, and financial matters.
  • Manage contract performance, staffing, subcontractors, and deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Monitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and cost objectives.
  • Oversee financial execution, including review of funding status and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate across technical, security, acquisition, and operational stakeholders to support program objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver program status briefings and reports to senior Government leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community policies and research security requirements.
