Job Summary: The Contract Project Manager serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders (sales, consulting, project management, finance/analytics, and legal) and external partners (clients, brokers, PBMs, carriers, and vendors). This role is directly responsible for contract lifecycle management across PBM and consulting engagements— supporting RFP-to-contract workflows, drafting and redlining contract terms, coordinating negotiation cycles, ensuring compliant execution, and maintaining rigorous document governance and version control. This position is accountable for maintaining timelines and deliverables associated with contract development and execution, establishing best practices for document/resource preservation, and ensuring contractual alignment with client requirements and internal policy.
