About The Position

As a Staff Benefits Partner, you will support the Global Benefits Governance and Healthcare Analytics Practice Leader on select projects and targeted department activities, interface across different Intuit Benefits and HR/People & Places team members, vendors and key stakeholders, and significantly contribute to the strategy and design of Intuit’s benefits programs. In this role, you will help build and support a comprehensive benefits governance infrastructure and map out and deliver year-round prevention and healthcare benefit campaigns and promotions - ensuring that department deliverables are achieved timely, effectively, and according to organizational values, goals, and objectives - while enhancing the overall benefits experience for our employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience with supporting complex programs and services; direct experience with healthcare/related benefits programs is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, on time, on budget, and at a high quality.
  • Self-directed with strong bias for action and the ability to effectively work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to be nimble, adaptable, and thrive in ambiguity and among competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to learn new system workforce and project programs tools and to work with various data sets to run reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, strong customer obsession skill set, and ability to interface and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners effectively.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues with a win-win approach.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to core health and benefits projects supporting the design and management of global benefits governance, healthcare program analytics, and health prevention and promotion initiatives
  • Support department Practice Leaders in reviewing Intuit’s current global benefits landscape to identify program and policy governance needs/gaps, key opportunities, and to document critical legal mandates and local compliance rules and regulations. These include, but are not limited to, the creation and management of relevant approval process tools, supporting documentation, management of documentation requests, HIPAA compliance, defined audits and controls, ERISA program compliance; integration with current vendor (Greenberg), etc.
  • Research current US and ROW benefit trends to support building a governance structure that will be designed to deliver benefits equity and role clarity across all Intuit locations.
  • Create, maintain and oversee annual compliance activities calendar.
  • Responsible for new vendor onboarding and 3PRM support and annual P.O. renewals.
  • Conduct inventory of global healthcare preventative services and related benefits fairs and promotions (including vendor partner involvement)
  • Investigate additional opportunities that align with data-driven health risks and trends, and provide support with building a year-round preventative services and healthcare promotion campaign calendar roadmap.
  • Organize, procure/source, and facilitate contracting, scheduling and implementation of annual health benefits prevention, promotion, and VOE collection events (in coordination with Benefits Strategy and Delivery team members). e.g., flu shots, mammograms, men and women’s physical/exams, vendor benefit fairs, benefit renewal fairs, onsite and virtual focus groups, etc.
  • Maintain and publish, in coordination with Benefits Comms Practice Leader, annual benefits activity calendar
  • Coordinate and analyze relevant claims data, health plan insights, benchmarking studies, consultant analysis, and related research
  • Provide summary narratives and data driven peer comparisons to inform plan design and program performance decision making.
  • Learn and apply existing data warehouse technology; work with current data warehouse vendor partners to help build customized reporting structures that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for driving completion of various benefits industry benchmarking surveys (e.g., SVEF, BGH, TCB, etc.) and managing annual renewal of association memberships (serving as department’s administrative liaison
