We are currently seeking a Contracting Administrator to support our CCRM Fertility business. CCRM Fertility is a global pioneer in fertility treatment, research, science, specializing in IVF, fertility testing, egg freezing, preimplantation genetic testing, third-party reproduction, and egg donation. The Contracting Administrator supports the Contracting team in the post negotiation operations of payer contracts, internal and external liaison on behalf of Contracting team, along with other managed care related duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Equivalent Experience
  • 2 years relevant work experience in healthcare contracting, network management, provider relations or related field
  • Basic knowledge of contract administration and legal language
  • Requires strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform well under pressure
  • Experience interpreting healthcare contracts and modeling financial impact of contract changes (with analyst support)
  • Comfortable communicating and presenting data and insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe and Power Point

Responsibilities

  • Works in tandem with National Managed Care Contracting team in essential functions, such as assessing Contract language, verify Contract proprietary rates via fee schedule provided by Plan, develop and maintain relationship with Plan partners at a high level, etc.
  • Has assigned Market, direct responsibilities and/or oversight of Contract Administration functionality, including management of Contract repository, ensuring accuracy of proprietary fee schedules against Contract negotiations, responsible for directing meetings with Plans, internal departments, and practice managers, etc.
  • Provide Contract Management support, by way of ownership of operationalizing contracts within the Unified environment.
  • Responsible for all post executed processes, comprehensive understanding of payment methodologies, able to report to internal and executive level staff, determining and communicating contractual changes (language, adding or removing lines of business, etc.) and/or providing assessment of new products or Plan partners to Director of Contracting for possible addition to Market profile
  • Maintenance of Contracting documents
  • Monitor and Review Payor Policies to support Contracting markets. Includes distribution of Key Updates to Contracting team and markets
  • Field routine questions on managed care issues/concerns from providers
  • Field routine questions on managed care issues/concerns from internal Unified departments
  • Provide Contracting Negotiation support as needed
  • Represent contracting as internal subject matter expert on other projects as needed
