Requirements

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED, or equivalent education/experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Background in electrical panel assembly, construction, automotive, or electrical service work.
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and part lists is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble critical systems in passenger coaches: roofs, pre-built cable harnesses, mounted components, electrical racks and panels, plus air supply racks and piping modules.
• Wire and terminate components: connect leads, components, terminals, and contact points; cut wire to length; route, twist, wrap, tie, and secure to terminal points.
• Execute rework cycles: disassemble, modify, refurbish, and reassemble parts to meet specifications.
• Interpret technical documents: production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, sketches, and verbal instructions to deliver electrical/electro-mechanical subassemblies.
• Use fine-motor precision to assemble small parts with high dexterity.
