Legacy Behavioral Health is seeking individuals with a passion for making a difference in their community! We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Controller (CPA required) to lead the organization’s accounting and financial operations. The Controller directs all core accounting functions, including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and the financial management of grants and contracts. This position ensures sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting of grant and program finances supporting behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use services. The Controller works closely with executive leadership, program directors, and finance staff to ensure financial operations align with the organization’s mission while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and local funding requirements. This role plays a key leadership part in maintaining strong internal controls, supporting strategic financial planning, and ensuring responsible stewardship of public and grant funding. Legacy Behavioral Health is committed to developing strong leaders within the organization.
