The Controls Service Technician II will lead projects, execute service calls, train customers, train technicians, program systems, and assist with customer phone support. Assure that projects are properly staffed and have consistent communication with the General Contractor or POC. The Controls Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computerized building automation systems . Provide analysis of building control and mechanical system performance in buildings. Ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Perform DDC controls troubleshooting. Function as liaison to customer, and electrical installer. This position will be required to support the service department by taking 24-hr on call for service as needed. (Typically, once a month for 7 days). This is a non-exempt position.
