About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Solutions Senior Manager to oversee the ongoing strategy, roadmap, and resources supporting the transition of our Voice Services channel to a new, AI driven experience. This leader will work with product partners and technology peers to create the next generation of voice self-service at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will: Manage and develop teams dedicated to supporting the overall strategy, prioritization and execution of initiatives in multiple core Voice Artificial Intelligence disciplines Consult with Artificial Intelligence and Digital Product Managers, identify, functional design, prototyping, testing and training Identify and recommend machine learning solutions for handing unstructured intelligence based content and natural language generation for knowledge representation Influence and collaborate with leaders to set line of business priorities and timelines Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Artificial Intelligence Solutions Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • This position requires the ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Contact Center operations, technology, and voice channel design.
  • Direct people management experience overseeing teams responsible for AI design, configuration, and deployment of customer‑facing applications.
  • Experience working in a highly complex environment, supporting multiple stakeholders at an enterprise level.
  • Strong working knowledge of Financial services and customer needs in this space, including banking, lending, brokerage, and wealth management.
