The Talent Acquisition Consultant II is a strategic and consultative partner to our Hiring Managers with the responsibility of building strong relationships and ensuring overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed in a timely fashion. Under general supervision, the Talent Acquisition Consultant's responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
