Job Summary Executes daily prep and assists with service on assigned stations, primarily as a skilled line cook. Works under supervision of Cook 1 or Chef de Partie, following established procedures and culinary standards.

Requirements

  • Solid foundational cooking skills; ability to follow recipes and direction.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn from senior kitchen staff

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items to standard recipes, ensuring quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Perform mise en place, basic cooking techniques, and plating during service.
  • Assist with general kitchen prep, including chopping, measuring, and ingredient assembly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and comply with food safety protocols.
  • Work cooperatively with the culinary team to meet service demands and timing expectations.
