Oyster Loft in Pismo Beach is a full-service, elevated coastal restaurant focused on quality ingredients, thoughtful execution, and a consistent guest experience. We are looking for reliable and motivated cooks who take pride in their work and can contribute to a high-performing kitchen team. This role combines both prep and line responsibilities, with a focus on consistency, organization, and execution. Ideal candidates are comfortable working across stations, preparing ingredients, and executing dishes during service in a fast-paced environment. We provide full coverage for required Food Handler certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements.
