Oyster Loft is seeking a strong, kitchen-oriented Expeditor to support service at a higher level than a traditional expo role. This position is integrated into kitchen operations and requires an understanding of food preparation, timing, and plate composition in addition to managing service flow. The Expeditor plays a key role in coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, assisting with final dish execution, and ensuring accuracy, presentation, and pacing throughout service. This position pays $17–$18 per hour depending on experience, plus tips. We provide full coverage for required Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training and certification. Training time and certification costs are covered in accordance with company policy and California requirements. Employment is at-will in accordance with California law.
