About The Position

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Coordinator, Physician Services to support St. Louis Children's Hospital! They will be covering the Illinois territory by planning and visiting multiple medical settings (office, hospital, ER) in hopes to provide resources and additional support individual patient needs. This is a hybrid role. They will be traveling out of state as needed. (expenses paid). Overview St. Louis Children’s Hospital is dedicated to improving the health and lives of children. Role Purpose Responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationships between the hospital, its medical staff, and referring physicians. Evaluates physician satisfaction with services and recommends strategies to improve satisfaction and market share. Strengthens the relationships between the medical staff and referring physicians to increase appropriate referrals and increase market goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides relationship building activities through visits, phone contacts and electronic communication to key referring physicians, nurses and hospitals.
  • Identifies market opportunities related to hospital, physician and managed care alignment and makes strategy recommendations.
  • Develops client profiles and agreements to establish relationships between the hospital and prospective consumer.
  • Develops and implements post-sale client strategies for account maximization.
  • Submits sales reports documents with market activity and develops action plans and strategy recommendations in conjunction with pediatric planning and business development.
