About The Position

As part of MedAire’s Aviation & Maritime Operations Team, you’ll deliver critical security intelligence and expert assessments to airlines, commercial shipping lines, and luxury yacht operators operating in some of the world’s most sensitive regions. Your insights will directly influence: Safe flight routes Secure maritime operations Crisis responses in high‑stakes environments This isn’t theory. Requirements

Passion for global security, international affairs, and risk analysis
Strong knowledge of aviation and/or maritime security environments
Clear, confident communication—written and verbal
Ability to perform under pressure in a 24/7 operational setting
Analytical mindset with strong research and IT skills
Cultural awareness, resilience, and sound judgment when it counts
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience)
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Fluency in English (multilingual candidates encouraged)

Nice To Haves

Background in security services, military, government, NGOs, journalism, or security research
Aviation or maritime operational exposure
Report writing for senior leadership
Client‑facing experience
Additional languages (Arabic highly valued; Russian, Farsi, or Turkish a plus)
Postgraduate study is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver real‑time written and verbal security assessments to global aviation and maritime clients
Monitor and escalate emerging geopolitical, cyber, and operational threats
Conduct in‑depth research to provide accurate, actionable intelligence
Support crisis management, including coordination, communication, and—when needed—on‑site missions
Develop training and strategic consulting to strengthen client security postures
Collaborate with an international network of security experts and analysts
