About The Position

Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and support all administrative requirements for the work site. Regular communication with Sales Administration team to ensure that orders are processed in the required timelines. Office administration including ordering shop supplies, receiving materials, and ensuring inventory accuracy,

Requirements

  • College diploma in an administrative related discipline or previous relevant work experience.
  • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and intermediate level in Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Possess strong inventory control and administrative abilities
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must have computer experience i.e. work with Microsoft product
  • Is self-motivated to complete the required daily tasks within the specified deadlines.
  • Has the ability to continuously learn on the job.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Regular communication with the Workshop Supervisor and Sales Administration team to ensure that all orders are being met in a timely manner
  • Process work orders, and re-fit requirements for the shop employees
  • Complete reports and order all supplies for the shop
  • Physically Receive materials in the ERP system
  • Complete cycle counts and inventory audits
  • General Administration
  • Other duties as assigned.
