About The Position
The main purpose of this full-time position will be to coordinate intensive home visiting through the Health Families Dorchester Program. Ongoing home visits focus on parenting and child development activities. This position also requires maintaining liaison and cooperative relationships with a variety of public and private agencies to negotiate provision of services.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
- One year of administrative staff or professional work in a health care setting.
- The selected candidate must possess at least one (1) year of experience in the HFA model of home visiting with expecting/new parents in Dorchester County.
