Coordinates and manages staffing for all stadium events, including games, special events, and promotions Serves as the primary on-site point of contact for staffing during events, including check-ins, late arrivals, and shift coverage Communicates staffing needs clearly with managers, supervisors, and team members, and tracks attendance and staffing trends to support operational planning Adjust, and maintain schedules based on operational needs, and call-outs Communicate staffing needs clearly with managers, supervisors, and team members Ensure staffing levels are met Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts as needed Enforce attendance policies and assist with corrective actions when required Maintain professionalism and strong communication during high-pressure situations
