About The Position
Mutual of America’s Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments but can have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.
Requirements
- Only accepting rising Sophomores (grad year May 2029) and rising Juniors (grad year May 2028).
- Must have a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
- Must be able to commute to NYC 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries
- Support the month-end close process
- Assist with the preparation and review of account reconciliations
- Research variances and help analyze account fluctuations
- Maintain organized documentation to support internal controls
