Overview: As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will help oversee a team of analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners. At the end of the program, you may be eligible for full-time or extended contracting work, but it is not guaranteed. Either way, you’ll become part of the reacHIRE team, join with a cohort of fellow Returners, and we will provide 360-degree support via Aurora, along with a dedicated Program Manager to ensure your success every step of your journey back to work! Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of contributing to high risk, high visibility initiatives
  • Ability to react in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review daily team deliverables
  • Ensure all SLAs are met, and daily work is completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasks
  • Identify and recommending process and reporting improvements
  • Monitor internal controls and proactively addressing potential risks
  • Prove oversight and support for team initiatives
  • Own incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processes
