About The Position

Who we are looking for The candidate should be Responsible for Proxy Teams processing of custody clients Voting. The Proxy Team ensures distribution of meeting notification through Vote Confirmation for all Clients holdings. This will include monitoring of vote submission , confirmation of voting, meeting documentation and Client inquiries. Focus will mainly be around processing Clients Power of Attorney documents, monitoring vendor meeting creation and voting are completed accurately and timely. Ideal candidate has experience and understands all aspects of Proxy Voting and is able to utilize internal SSB and external relationships to troubleshoot instruction related issues.
