About The Position

Incumbent supports the Company and the Communication and Customer Experience Manager in all internal and external communication and customer facing efforts to ensure consistent brand voice and effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Public and media relation
Writing copies for press releases and other media related content (video, communications strategydevelopment)
Social media management
Background in journalism, project management, graphic design, photography, videography and videoediting
Level 1: 1 year of relevant work experience
Level 2: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Level 3: 4+ years of relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

Strong writing skills
Comfortable with media relations, general communication, interpersonal skills and multimedia
Strong time management skills

Responsibilities

Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC’s safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes allcompliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
Upholds ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
Media content creation.
Social media management.
Assist in stakeholder outreach and engagement.
Update/manage content on the public website.
Writing copy for internal and external communications.
Formation and review of other departments communications as requested.
Compliance knowledge within ITR CLA, MUTDC compliance
All other duties as assigned.
Writing copy for press releases and sustainability stories with little editorial requirements.
Representation of Communication department for project meetings with capability to answerquestions, prep agendas, transcribe notes, etc.
Responsible for change management of website (public and secure) compliance.
Drafting board level reports and executive level request
Media response preparation and “media ready – public speaking” certification required (Nationalspeakers association or equivalent).
