Corporate Development & Business Analyst Intern
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development & Business Analyst Intern to support strategic initiatives including market research, corporate development, M&A research, and operational projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how companies evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and business process and analysis. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace
- Interest in corporate strategy, M&A, or business development
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitors, and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Assist with analysis of companies and markets to support corporate development and strategic planning
- Prepare research summaries, presentations, and internal reports for leadership
- Support due diligence and data organization for potential deals or partnerships
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the corporate development team
