We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager who brings a well-rounded marketing skillset and a strong design sensibility. This role supports the marketing function across the board, spanning graphic design, social media, website management, email marketing, and client-facing communications. You will play a key role in building and maintaining brand equity across Areté Collective, Denton House Design Studio, and our development projects. With a sharp eye for design and a thoughtful, strategic approach, you will help bring our brands to life across multiple touchpoints, from polished collateral and presentations to digital platforms and outreach initiatives. As a highly collaborative team member, you will work across Corporate and Development marketing to concept, create, and execute materials that elevate our brand presence and support sales efforts. Our ideal candidate is strategic, highly creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities. This individual is both a thinker and a doer, capable of contributing to big-picture marketing initiatives while executing with precision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a blend of design, digital, and brand experience; luxury real estate, hospitality, or design experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and WordPress
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and website content management
  • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with a high level of ownership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills- verbal, written, and visual
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and execute independently
  • Must be willing to work onsite

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, sales collateral, advertisements, templates, and e-newsletters
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints and visual communications
  • Contribute to the evolution and stewardship of brand identity across corporate and development platforms
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Areté Collective and Denton House Design Studio
  • Support social media efforts for development projects as needed
  • Create engaging content, including light video editing and campaign concepts
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
  • Manage and update Areté Collective and Denton House websites (WordPress)
  • Ensure content is current, on-brand, and aligned with marketing priorities
  • Collaborate on UX, messaging, and conversion optimization
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and targeted outreach
  • Support client and partner communications through thoughtful, brand-aligned messaging
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing CRM-driven communications
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Development, PR, Creative) to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Assist with presentations, events, and sales enablement materials
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to inform strategy
